R-Dawgs Stay in Plymouth Meeting On the internet, the room photo showed a sofa and dining table. That was not the case, and I later learned that was only for a "luxury" room. It was OK for us, as we just needed a place to sleep for the night, but could be a problem for someone planning to spend some significant time there. Also, for some crazy reason our heating unit would not shut off. Could have roasted a chicken in the room , until I finally got up in the middle of the night and turned off the unit. Hallways not very clean. Chose it for location. Got what I paid for.

My On Call Weekend My stay there wasn’t bad other than not having clean wash clothes for the shower. My room was also never cleaned for the 3 nights that I was there. I expected my room to get a cleaning on Sunday as I stayed Friday night through to Monday morning. The cleaning people could’ve atleast taken out the trash. The breakfast had very little to offer too. Most Extended Stay Hotels I’ve been to have bowls to eat their oatmeal out of and spoons too. I had to eat oatmeal out of a coffee cup. Convenient for breaking the trip on along journey The location is perfect. Close to the freeway and Plaza, so a very convenient place to break a long trip. Some of the staff looked very rude and intimidating, but the front desk was very courteous.

Desk receptionist in hiding Called Front desk a little after 9pm and took over 30 rings to answer (I stopped counting) Went down to get my toothbrush and I never saw her but did eventually find my toothbrush on the counter. Very poor customer service.

The stafff was great, stayed overnight on New Years and it was packed with teenagers and young ppl, wreaked of marijuana down the hallways

Dissatisfied I don't like the staff, everyone was rude and attitude and I got hung up on by the lady in the front desk. I will never stay there anymore. The non smoking rooms smell like smoke and my towels wasn't clean.
