unless you’re desperate, don’t stay here. staff wasn’t friendly, at all. checked in late and was told we may not have a room ready. then you should change your check in time. got to room, door was wide open, no toilet paper, no pillows, no bedding for pull out, dirty toilet, dust and looked like dead bugs on the window sill. people partying in the parking lot half the night. convenient to where we were going
this was the worst experience we ever experienced. I got double booked by using booking.com. the charged twice even though one reset was canceled. couldn’t take a shower because faucet was broken. the staff was great!
Poor We had no pillow cases found a couple of roaches. Just didn't seem to be running right. I hope they can get it together. The last extended stay we stayed at about a year ago was great! The room itself was ok for what we needed.
won’t stay there again. it’s located in an industrial park. several unavailable rooms due to maintenance issues. had to “check out” kitchen supplies. think the property is being used to house illegal immigrants based upon the groups of persons from Mexico, Honduras, and other South American countries that were there together and our conversations with them . had difficulty getting hot water for showers. they tried to blame the overbooking of rooms on the third party booking systems they were able to provide us a room when th... read more
Disappointing
disappointed not well kept, room had a bad odor, not a quality bed
Poor There were roaches in my suite i did not appreciate that . I like the style of the room

Poor The office needs to be updated and clean. My first impression was to cancel the room. The carpet in room needs to be replaced. Refrigerator door opens wrong way. Cabinet doors not on good. Close door coming in needs to be fixed. Outside BBQ pit looks like junk. Was asked to take out our own trash.
