Double booked, and put us in a room that was already occupied! Then didn’t have any rooms left. Everything Nothing
Very clean and spacious but not a good area, poor service from some staff and some scattered in scary people. some staff were great but some were not meant for the hospitality industry. also, no towels for a whole day. there were five of us and only 2 towels only to be told there weren’t going to be more until morning. there are also quite a few unsavory characters who hang around asking to borrow/have different things they think you may have. very spacious and clean

The dirtiest hotel The room was disgustingly dirty, the door didn't lock when you left the room, no mattress covers, the plastic on the cups all had holes, and a lot of the light bulbs were out. The separate bedrooms
Poor Tv remote was missing. The back of another TV remote was gone. Couldn't move the TVs towards the bed cuz how they were mounted. No dishes to use the stove. Tub would not hold water. Dirty wash clothes. Stains and holes in the furniture. Vent was missing the top part. There was a nail sticking out of the floor. No coffee pot. No breakfast. Trash under the bed. That it had 2 rooms and a kitchen just like a little apartment
Horrible experience. Didn’t honor suite booking. Put us in 2 separate rooms. Didn’t have fitted sheets for pullout couch mattresses. Didn’t have enough towels - claimed their washer was broken. No handle in shower in room 2 - so had to use the other room. Building doors left unlocked at night.

Bed bugs and rude front desk. We woke up and found bed bugs. Tried to talk to the front desk but she just denied that we found them. They didn’t even apologize, let alone approve a refund.
Worst experience at a hotel in my life. Please refund my $ for the 2 nights we did not stay there. Attitude and unprofessional behavior of person at the desk. She was AWOL for awhile when 4 people needed her service at the desk. Someone had to call her to get her to come back. Horrible check in experience; sent to a room already occupied. If the couple had been gone, we could have accessed their room and all of their belongings.
