good for the most part, just needs updating. It still needs to be updated. The doors were not on the hinges properly, there were burn holes on all the living room furniture, and the living room window had a massive whole in the screen, which was also pushed out in the bottom. There was only one small trash can from the bathroom which was not big enough. It was nice and comfortable in the room. Plenty of space and for the most part.
