Wonderful Only thing I didn't like...is that staff should always check those couch let out beds to make sure last guest didn't leave anything in there or make a mess on mattress. I was going to let the kids sleep on let out couch and they unfolded it half way back and there was a woman's pad that was in there It was just like being at home. Very comfortable

Good Refrigerator doors open the wrong way. Door locks need repair. They're hard to open. Good layout. Relatively quiet.

Exceptional The elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor The room was very clean and stocked up with paper products I am thinking about staying another day.
It was okay for the price They were short on towels and wash rags. The price was very reasonable

Good Stayed on 3rd floor, elevator was out of order.no phones,no coffee pot, no free breakfast as advertised.mirror in bathroom was broken refrigerator was dirty. The room was big and comfortable

nice room but not sure of bed bugs or not i was super itchy laying when laying down to the point my skin was burning bed bugs? i don't know.. big tv and kitchen

Pleasant The 2nd room we rented had only one TV for a 2 bedroom and it was in the bedroom so no TV in the sitting area, the shower had no water pressure and the water temperature was horrible. Clean comfy and the room we rented had 2 bedrooms which was awesome for a big family
