A/C not cooling The room was very nice but the a/c did not really keep the room cool. I called the front desk and they were going to send maintenance but no one ever came.

This hotel was noisy the entire time I stayed. They had renovations going on, they did not inform the customer. The TV did not work, informed the front desk they told us to unplug and plug back in. BTW, they listed breakfast in the morning, to be clear there is NO breakfast. They only had coffee, hot water for tea, bag of grits and oatmeal. Very minimal. Disappointed . The refrigerator made noise all days non stop.

I really wish they advertised it’s a $147.50 security deposit and would specify that you will not receive that money back until 4-5days later. Even though we were told it was released back at checkout .
