Awesome Service The staff were very pleasant especially Ms. Ra. She checked me in and knew that I had a long day. She knew I just wanted to get some rest right away. I loved how she had a caring heart to just let me do that. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I will stay there again when I return to Tampa.

I will not visit this property in particular due to their business practices. Fortunately my plans had changed so it was only me but I had my reservation for 3 people. Had I come with those people, I would have had to go to another Extended Stay property due to this location only had the 1st and 4th floors available with only singles available. The room had no dishes, just 2 ice cube trays and a dish drying towel. I requested dishes because I chose to have a kitchen but that almost seemed like an alien concept. Once I went t... read more
