Got there, nice person but very slow at front desk. 2nd floor room, neither card key worked. Back down slow elevator, she gave two more keys. Got up to the room, cards worked, but the room had not been cleaned from previous occupants. Beds used, trash laying around, towels on floor, etc. BACK DOWN AGAIN, new room assigned next door room. Got up there, KEYS DIDN'T WORK! Housekeeping had been watching all this from down the hall. She called down to front desk. Front desk came up with new cards, they worked. When I went to check in they said they don’t have rooms available,even the I got my reservation number

Arrived at hotel at 2:40 and was told check in was 3:00. Went back into hotel at 2:53 and was told again that check in was at 3:00. Person working at counter stood behind the counter, hunched over playing on their phone. Then at 3:00 told me I could check in. The room was ready so that wasn’t the issue. I have never encountered this before and won’t be staying at this hotel again. No blow dryer in room and none available at the front desk. We did not have any breakfast. Also there was no sheet under our blanket no extra blankets so I wouldn’t recommend.

Everytime we left the hotel to go out and come back,the keys did not work, kept having to get them reprogrammed and they were left in the vehicle, never in our poc

The room didn’t seemed to be cleaned well. Floor had dust, nail bits, and leftover cookie visible under the refrigerator. The bathroom water pressure was very poor (could barely shower or wash hands). The location is also bit scary at night. Only good thing about this place was the front desk lady. She was very kind and professional. Won’t stay here again!

Breakfast was grab and go, cereal bars were stale and hard, oatmeal and grits but no bowls or plastic ware, coffe only provided during beeakfast hour's . Beds were VERY uncomdortanle, hard as a rock and covered in noisy plasic. Vending macine charges $4 for snak size bag of chips

First of all, the smell in the hallway was not pleasant. Upon arrival as I checked the room there was shower curtain. The tv control was not working. Reached out to front desk and the second remote that was brought up to me was not working either.
