Floor was sticky, sheets were dirty (had stains on them). Found a towel with blood stain. Checked in and was given a room that was already occupied.

The property has been updated, which was nice to see. However, there was a lingering odor—similar to an old mop—that affected the overall experience. The local TV channels in my room weren't working, so I had to rely on Netflix for entertainment. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and kind throughout my stay. There was quite a bit of foot traffic in and out of the facility, which made the environment feel a bit busy. If the odor issue were addressed, it would have made for a much more pleasant stay

The noise in the rooms close to us, no control. Also the smell of marihuana all over the floo and elevators. The front desk girl was really sweet , friendly and helpful.

We usually book hotel with breakfast for the kids’ experience. The staff mentioned the breakfast was 6-9.30am however, we went down at 8.45 and there was nothing on there. The staff said there was breakfast but it’s all gone!! We paid for breakfast and found nothing!!

Check in was at 3pm no one at desk till 5 after 3:00, then I had to wait for a room to be cleaned, then when I got there someone was in it, lamp didn't even have a light bulb asked for one trying 3 different people including manager never got one,other than that it was clean and definitely worth itoney wise
