Awesome Service The staff were very pleasant especially Ms. Ra. She checked me in and knew that I had a long day. She knew I just wanted to get some rest right away. I loved how she had a caring heart to just let me do that. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I will stay there again when I return to Tampa.

The room had no shower curtain, no curtains, no dishes, no silverware, no coffee maker, no glasses, no cups, no chair to relax in, only 2 cafateria style chairs. No beadspread, only a sheet and a blanket. The bedframes were very, very noisy. There was nowhere to put your suitcase to unpack. The TV was not set up to use.

I will not visit this property in particular due to their business practices. Fortunately my plans had changed so it was only me but I had my reservation for 3 people. Had I come with those people, I would have had to go to another Extended Stay property due to this location only had the 1st and 4th floors available with only singles available.
