Staff helpful to fix issues The hotel is fine, but when I turned down my covers the sheets were dirty. Asked to be moved to a new room and they were very accommodating. Not a great first impression but was resolved.
Close to Interstate 90 and took pets. Very nice hotel and close to the interstate. Great Shower. Needed to sweep the chairs for pet hair other than that the room was very clean and quiet. Would prefer softer bed but slept ok. Great they allowed pets and smoking. Would recommend to all those traveling in the area. Coming home from vacation camping in New Hampshire.
Nice service
Nothing special It was okay. The Wi-Fi was quite slow and the breakfast was nothing to brag about, either. I probably would not stay there again.

Great Customer service Good location. Hotel is a average Extended stay with larger than expected rooms. More than anything EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The young lady who checked me in was fast and efficient. The young lady who checked me was wonderful as well.
All in all, a good stay with minor issues I stayed overnight on business and found this hotel online. The room was comfortable in that the shower pressure and temperature stability were fantastic. The window curtains were not only not installed, there was no clear way to correct it myself. The chairs and bed were comfortable. The TV remote batteries needed changing. The elevator was smooth and quiet. The restaraunts in close proximity were fantastic as well. All in all, a good stay with minor issues
Great Hotel, Excellent Price I am very happy with my stay. Staff were professional and courteous. Would recommend Extended Stay to all my friends and family.
