nice littel place They have a great location with regards to the State fair and the price was great. The staff was awesome and quick to get us anything we needed and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

room cleaniness At first glance, the room appeared very clean, however, it looked like the carpet had not been vacuumed after the last guest and the shower had not been cleaned either. I found several hairs in the shower. I was also very disappointed in the free "continental breakfast"... apples, instant oatmeal packets, prepackaged muffins, and coffee. Hotel close to college This hotel is fine for a short stay and if you are travelling with pets. It is on the older side, no frills, not even a hair dryer. The room was very clean but the carpeting definitely needed to be replaced. The bed was pretty old as well. We were only there for one night so it was fine.

This stay was my first at this type of hotel. It was different but I enjoyed my saty there. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Nicely maintained facility Everything about our stay was very good.. The only negative was the hot-water spigot in the bathroom sink turned the wrong way. Took me a week to get use to it. Now I can't get use to a normal operating hot-water spigot.

A Good Value Overall Hi, The two rooms we used for six days were quite good. It was the common areas such as hallways and stairwells that clearly had not been cleaned in some time. That said, I would stay here again.
