I paid for 2 rooms for my colleagues' recent visit at Extended Stay. One guest was also charged with the card he provided for incidentals and we have been unable to correct the situation. Will never book at this property again.
Room smelled musty. Carpet worn out and dirty. A lot of signs of wear in the room.
The room has mold and the ceiling is leaking and about to fall.

Lets start off by saying that the customer service and front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Thats where the best part stops. The room was dungy and musty, the floors and chairs looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in a few days, the kitchen was a disaster zone, the piece of backsplash behind the sink was completely separated from the wall, the sink leaked and continued to leak all night making it hard to sleep and when the people walked around above us, it sounded like they were about to fall through t... read more
