I paid for 2 rooms for my colleagues' recent visit at Extended Stay. One guest was also charged with the card he provided for incidentals and we have been unable to correct the situation. Will never book at this property again.

Lets start off by saying that the customer service and front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Thats where the best part stops. The rooms at this property are ideal and well laid out, but unfortunately rundown. Not sure how to describe the terrible odor in our room...a combination of smoke, overpowering cleaning products and insecticide??? I know that all our clothing had to be washed immediately upon our return home because we brought the smell with us! The screen on the tv in our room was also damaged. This place needs ventilation and a makeover.
