Room was not very clean when we arrived. There was a crusty towel covering the ceiling fan in the bathroom, there was moldy stains on the mattress, and various stains on the walls as well. it seemed like it could have been cleaned a bit more for when we arrived.

Staff was nice but the small in the hallways of cigarettes and just plain filth!!! Music LOUD couldn’t get any sleep! Will never stay here again!!

The front desk attendenant was on some sort of drugs or alcohol and was unable to form sentences and check us and 2 other people into our room after 10pm. After 45 minutes of trying, someone instructed him how to check us in over the phone. The police came and were circling the building on foot. My sheets were dirty, but I feared for my safety by asking for clean ones in the lobby late at night. My window was broken and didn't close and the toilet also didnt flush. At night, the outside area doesn't look so bad, helps deceive what's coming next. Once i walked in i could feel and smell this was a welfare hotel. My room was DIRTY, STINKING. with BLOOD stained on the sink. It look like someone just got finished shooting up in this room. I spoke to

Computers need an upgrade After traveling most of the day, i was looking forward to checking in and getting some rest. The house computer had "crashed" and i was unable to check in. I was told to come back in 15 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and could still not check in.

The staff was great. the service was very good. but the hotel needs an update, the halls were dark, the doors need painting and the rooms looked old.
