Everything was great I booked it online but the check in when I got there seems a bit long to many questions my last stay didn't have all the questions
Room was in decent shape and it was close to the mall. However I waited over 20mins to get checked in, had to double park while checking in because the main lot is behind a gate, and the elevator was out so had to take stairs to 3rd floor. Hotel lobby and hallways smelled of smoke and room key loses programming when in purse next to cell phone.

Elevators were down so walking up the stairs was a pain with suitcases and bags. The recliner in the room was broken and there were hairs in the shower and bathroom sink that hadn’t been cleaned and there was a lot of dust everywhere. The curtains were stained with a mysterious red substance as well. Staff was friendly though!
