I like that housekeeping wasn't invading my space every day. I was originally put in a room where the bathtub leaked horribly, so they moved me to another room. The service was very good, but a bit perfunctory. Smiles would be nice when dealing with guests!

The staff was amazing, extremely helpful! The only negatives that I have is that the mattress was terrible and the entrance sign needs to be larger.

Everything you need ! Staff was super friendly, you have a nice little kitchenette in your room, free continental breakfast, parking and WiFi and the price was very decent. Can't go wrong with this one. (= Also there's a really great authentic Mexican restaurant about 5 minutes walk from thr hotel so that was also a plus!

The staff was a bit surly.
Very Safe Place to Stay in Tacoma My room was very clean and the heater warmed it up quickly. There was some noise from upstairs but that usually doesn't bother me because I fall asleep easily. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and already recommended it to my friends if they have out of town guests who need a place to stay.
