Really great! Internet was the only thing that wasn't so great.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and quiet, right across the street from the mall, good location
Good Experience The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. I only spent one night, but I liked that the hotel was in a very convenient location for me. I enjoyed my short stay.

Hotel convenient location near Tacoma Mall This is a good place for business trips.
it was ok low pressure showers. parking is bad. there is no cups in the room. no ice machines,
just adequate We needed a place to stay overnight for a weekend of soccer games. It was adequate for sleeping, but not for breakfast. The continental breakfast was coffee and a packaged muffin. As it was an extended stay with a kitchenette, they assume you will bring your own food if needed, but the advertisement is a bit misleading. The floor was sticky and the place was not sparkling clean, and the kitchen was not stocked with cookware, but we did not plan to stay more than one night, so it was okay for the price.
