Staff was helpful and the bed was comfortable. No dishes or silverware in the rooms. No coffee maker as advertised. It appeared that there were guests staying very long-term, or perhaps living semi-permanently at this property.

For being located near a freeway, the room was quiet/clean (except the carpet) and the air conditioning was excellent.

Close to Tacoma Mall Would have been much better had they been able to provide a hair dryer. My wife hasn't had to pack a hair dryer for over 10 years. The front desk said they had "very few" and were unable to locate one. Also gated parking wasn't very secure... people tailgating guests into the parking log.
