Home away from home The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in like a micro loft. The kitchenette is great. Location is great next to the mall, but not so great next to noisy I-5 although quiet when windows are closed. Highly recommend if you have business nearby.

30th Reunion Wonderful stay. Was surprised to learn that amenities such as cookware, dishware, etc., were not in the room, but had to be ordered from the front desk. Also, few employees on property with lots of duties shared between them. Breakfast ...... ? Not even. What was offered didn't even measure up to a continental breakfast. Lastly, delivery day for supplies fell on Friday. BEWARE ........, the lobby is used as the delivery area, and when I say there were boxes everywhere ...... I mean everywhere.
not flashy, just clean comfortable and reasonable We stayed 4 nights and were very comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was "grab and go", not really continental but as long as that is what you expect, it is fine. Shampoo,etc and hair dryer not in the room, but available upon request at front desk. TV good, not ALL channels, but enough. They don't have housekeeping except for if you are staying over a week(as I understand) but they will replenish anything needed. Decent, Nothing Special Decent hotel, no frills. OK for the one or two night stay. Prefer Best Western Tacoma Dome.
New remodel, clean and quiet. The hotel has been recently remodeled with double windows to exclude outside noise. Because it is an extended stay there are fewer people coming and going, loading in and loading out. and therefore less noise coming from the hallway. The hotel is several blocks away from busy commercial and pedestrian traffic so there is little immediate street noise or activity.
The receptionist at check in was the only person doing everything from delivering plates and whatever room-requests- needs from the rooms and he is the same person checking in. He is nice though. Come night time after 11pm, nobody was at the reception counter.
