Nice hotel close to shopping it was an awesome corner room. however we requested and paid for a king and only got a queen. also they didn't have any shampoo and such

OK hotel with good freeway access "Grab and Go" breakfast is pitiful. When I pointed out to the good desk clerk that the trash can in the lobby was overflowing and messy, my comment was ignored.

Bummer no king bed. I signed up for a king bed. When we came to the room the bed was a full. My daughter slept in the chair. Other than that the room was great.

Great hotel stay in Tacoma I thought this hotel was very nice. It was very quiet, they had a small continental breakfast, the staff was friendly and we were able to bring our large dog into the hotel and room. The room was very clean, comfortable, and even had a small kitchen. I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I was in Tacoma.

Tacoma extended stay This hotel is at a busy intersection across from a mall. The grounds itself was maintained well enough. Rooms were ok but a bit worn. Maid service was weekly and had to trade towels w/ maids to get clean ones. Overall a good experience, no major complaints. Staff was courteous.

Good Value We drove our freshman daughter up to the University of Puget Sound and needed a place to stay for 2 nights. This hotel is close to everything, and relatively inexpensive. The rooms are nice and quiet. We had reserved a room with two double beds. When we went in, the room had not been cleaned. The clerk gave us two single rooms (actually nicer for my wife and I and our daughter [who got her own room]) for no extra charge. Decent room for the price. There was nothing spectacular about the room, but nothing horrible either. The full-sized fridge, microwave and stove-top were nice. I was disappointed with the pathetic variety of the TV stations.

長期滞在向き モールにほど近く、立地条件は最高である。備品も風呂用の石鹸、食器洗い用の洗剤等が備え付けてあったが、シャンプーが無かった。無いこと自体は問題ないが、シャンプーを持参するように伝えるべきである。
