清潔でロケーションも良いが、無料の朝食内容とタオル交換は確認必要 以前この町で生活していたので友人に会う目的で宿泊しました。滞在先をダウンタウンとタコマモール近辺と迷いましたが、レビューが良かったのでこちらに。チェックインの際、長逗留の宿泊客が支払の件で込み入った交渉をしていて20分は待たされました。ホテルまで送ってくれた友人はお手洗いに行く必要があったのですが、部屋以外にはトイレの用意がなくそれを伝えても隣にいるスタッフがこちらのチェックインを始める事はありませんでした。機械がたとえ一台しかなかったとしてもトイレに行きたい人間が目の前で困っている訳ですから臨機応変の対応はすべきでした。交渉している客との会話もなかなか出口の見えない押し問答だったので、一旦中断して2分と掛からない次の客の対応にシフトすべきです。手続き前でも部屋が決まっているのなら鍵をくれれば友人はトイレに行けたのに。部屋はキッチンがありますがコーヒーメーカーや食器など全てリクエストをして初めて必要な道具を貰えます。備えっ放しを便利と思うか毎回利用者にクリーニング済みの物が渡されるのが気持ち良いのかは人それぞれですね。タオル交換やベットメーキングは連泊なら1週間に一度です。寝具は... read more
Just what I needed Extended stays can often feel worn. This one is newer and comfortable. Check in person was awesome w/great attitude. Hotel is next to a huge mall.

OK for local 2-night stay Spartan room; fridge, stove and sink great for extended stay (not used). Expected a bit more for breakfast than cabinet o'snacks + coffee in lobby for the room rate. Convenient location near Tacoma Mall. Quiet though facing I-5. Security guard at night.

There were stains on the blankets r my big complaint.
I've been coming to your hotels for a long time, and have seen the changes. the vents in the bath rooms don't work, amenities are gone, just soap. you now have to ask, and bring up dishes....cutting corners. you could as least fill the ice cube trays when you know people have already reserved a room. Sorry! your quality has gone down.

Ample accommodations. Excellent staff I was greeted and helped with my bags. The main problem was the difficulty in getting public transportation to the University.

Great for UPS Parents We stay here when visiting our daughter who attends the University of Puget Sound. It is reasonably close to the campus, and relatively inexpensive. Best value near the campus, in my opinion. A change from previous visits is that you now need to request kitchen items (like a container with silverware and dishes). Before, they were in the room.
