The room was clean and the staff were nice. They forgot to put shampoo in my room but that's really the only complaint that I have.

Long stay hotel also nice for overnight. Staff very helpful. Had notebook of map/guides to variety of restaurants.

Close to family and reason for trip to Tacoma. I was very pleased with the hotel. Only objection with the "smell" on the pillows, very strong odor.

Does the job! Stayed there for a quick overnight. Not too far from airport in Seattle. Needs major updating. Couldn't stop laughing at the commonplace carpets. There was a day... A long time ago, when someone said, "this carpet is groovy". Room was average.

A convenient studio hotel- across from Tacoma Mall My stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. I rented this to be closer to work (tired of the commute from Seattle to Tacoma) and I felt like I was on vacation. Chambers Creek Bay was just a few minutes away by car and I spent an evening walking the trails. So much nicer than being stuck in traffic. nice place hotel was very clean & comfortable. however we were not aware or did not realize that it was a suite hotel for long term stays which did not bother us. location was great for us to travel to the downtown area via public transit (right out ide our door). we enjoyed our stay here but the breakfast sucked and on the last day everything was cleaned out at 8:30am when we were checking out and the staff didn't seem to concerned about filling the baskets back up even though breakfast was to be until 9am.

Good place to stay but very economical on breakfast and even on shampoo/ lotions. You have to ask for toiletries at check in (limited quantity).
