Clean and nice people but.... tiolet plugged and they would not get us a plunger

Very close to Tacoma mall It wasn't so easy to get in and out of the parking lot due to traffic, but did have easy I-5 access and close shopping.

I thought the room and hotel were great. I did feel the bed was a little firm for me, but all in all, I would stay here again.

Visiting Friends The location is very convenient. Amenities you gotta ask. No ones available when it's time to check out at 5am. The room is clean but the bathroom smell bad. The rates are ok.

My mistake, their gracious response I accidentally booked a room here for a week when I meant to book it at the Extended Stay in Fife, which is very close to my daughter's house. Since I would be doing alot of grandchild care, I needed to be nearby. When I arrived late at night in Fife and discovered my mistake, both Extended Stays worked hard to help resolve the situation. "...eh..." I had an average experience. Rooms are just ok. Kitchen area is out dated, but i didn't care since i didn't use it. I booked this place because of the price which was reasonable. Staff was less than friendly but again i was there for work and nothing else. Maybe would stay there again.
