GREAT location and so comfy!! Of all the hotels we stayed at during our week trip to washington, this hotel was by far the nicest. it was QUIET ( you couldn't hear everyone around you), even the traffic was barely heard! i loved the kitchen in the room!! we kept road snacks and breakfast for the next day in the fridge. the bed was comfortable (except for the pillows we had, they were like a foot tall and "crunchy"-ouch!). the wifi worked for the most part, just slow. close to everything. literally across the street is the ma... read more

Business an Pesonal Hotel was close to my venue and the highlight was I got to spend some time with my nephews and the perk was a chuck e cheese across the street and the mall . So great weekend. Staff excellent towels were missing called front desk manager himself brought them up.

Extended Stay America Tacoma - South Overall very happy with my stay I was a little put off by parking locations, but not too bad. Also would have like a 24 hr front desk person for contact with problems/questions. I would stay there again.

no business center This hotel is good for the price and it is sufficient. However the amenities are minimum: bathroom shower-head very old and makes noise; there is no business center; but wireless is sound. This hotel might want to think about getting a shuttle for those who need to go out in the Tacoma area and have no transportation (though the bus station is very conveniently located nearby).

Great Hotel I'm surprised this location doesn't have a better rating. Customer Service is great. Nice location. Very clean. Upon reading reviews I already knew sign entrance wouldn't be clear, beds would firm which they surprisingly were but not uncomfortable. And no daily house keeping tho I understand because its got a full kitchen daily cleaning wouldn't make sense. It's one of the nicer places in the area. And I think its the location of choice for military and their visiting family.

Comfortable I am not a picky traveler. I was looking for something safe and easy and this is what I got. Everything was right.

It's all right The beds were super firm (not good if you need a softer bed for achy joints) and the pillows were lumpy. There was only one hanger in the closet area and no shampoo in the bathroom. The dishes in the kitchenette were barely adequate for two people and there was no spatula for the frying pan. Having said that, it was very clean and the front desk clerk was polite. The Tacoma Mall is right across the street and there are several restaurants within walking distance. So if you are staying here, be sure to bring so... read more
