Unbeatable location for the price Easy to get to from freeway.
Great location Great location acoss Tacoma Mall and lots of places to eat in the area. Easy to get to from the freeway. This is a no frills hotel which was perfect for me, just needed a place to sleep and shower. Bring your own toiletries and hair dryer.
Friendly, Helpful Staff Along with friendly staff, this is a great location, near I-5 and the Tacoma Mall is right across the street - can walk if you want. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Not Impressed 1. Water pressure was lame. 2. Soap bar was dry and crumbled on use. 3. No shampoo condiment 4. Internet wireless cost extra and had weak signal. 5. Some lights in room didn't work. 6. Towels were small, old and thin.
ESA Tacoma-South Very nice room, staff very friendly. Motel is close to Tacoma Mall for shopping & eating. Motel entrance is easy to miss, motel sets well off main road & is partially hidden by Best Buy, a sign at entrance would be helpful.
Hardest beds in the world As the title indicates, the mattresses are slabs. A lttle difficult to get to as it is on a hill and the driveway is not well marked.
Great room for the money Pros: has a small kitchenette for cooking, quiet, comfortable bed, internet access (for a fee), right next to Tacoma mall. Cons: no fan in bathroom.
Nice hotel-great location I stayed in this hotel for one week and was very happy with my experience here. The room was clean, the kitchenette and laundry facilities were very handy, the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent-very easy to hop on I-5 from here. Mall is right across the street. I would definately stay here again!
