the whole facility was a mess and no working elevator i am handicap and had to walk 2 flights of steps very disappointed in expedia and the extended stay

Elevator not working and public spaces pretty darn dirty, but the staff was nice. Wouldn’t choose it again.

Room was clean. Staff was nice, getting to and from the gated parking lot is kinda a pain in the butt, but what stands out the most is the same couple ladies w their dog smoking right outside the main door. Sign says 25 ft from the entrance. It stinks and not everyone wants to smell it. If they are guests the staff should ask them to step away from the building.
The room was not good. The curtains were stained and nasty we didn’t touch them. The lobby was a mess, floor was filthy, elevator floor was visible dirty and sticky. We only stayed for less than 9 hours had we spent more time I would have made us move to a different hotel.

The staff was the only nice thing about this hotel. Our room smelled like drugs, the sinks backed up and the whole room was so disgusting. The worst place I have ever stayed in. Seems like regulars stay there and I should have known for $150 a night you get what you pay for. So rough of an area and our car has someone that spit all around are car and on our door. Honestly please take this review seriously and don’t stay here it’s so so gross

Lack of amenities, like towels (2 only provided) , pillows (2 only provided) , no internet and no breakfast as described on web site. Also, construction started 8 AM, not specified on web site. Very disappointing.

Staff was great. Room was unsanitary and unsafe. Poor building design. Fumes were directly on guests when exiting.
