Great for the money and location We wanted something within a reasonable cab ride to Tacoma dome-and it was. There was a nice brew pub across the street at the Tacoma Mall. The staff was really nice, the room was clean and appeared to have a new floor in kitchen and bathroom. My one complaint was that the bed was very hard and became uncomfortable the more I slept. I would recommend this hotel as long as you are prepaired for the hard bed.
To many pets and no cleaning lobby, Elevator or hallway floors..

Uh my bed had ants and I’m sure it had other bugs I came home with a huge rash on my leg 💀

The only thing that was good there is a staff was outstandingly friendly the elevator was broken down we are both in our late 60s they put us on the top floor with two dogs your breakfast was a joke it was those tiny little mini muffins and a cup of coffee I'm talking a little tiny package things you had to walk around to the front door just to get in and your parking was out in the back for being a full kitchen there was no utensils plates anything that I asked for things and then they still never gave us any silverware or ... read more

All around bad. Police were there in the morning. It was very loud every night i stayed so i didnt get any sleep. There pretty much nothing in the room no coffee maker you have to request everything so that's very inconvenient especially if its busy and you cant reach the frint desk

the whole facility was a mess and no working elevator i am handicap and had to walk 2 flights of steps very disappointed in expedia and the extended stay
