poor customer service I will never give this hotel my money again. We called and spoke to three different people inquiring about early check ins and all three said that we could. We get to the hotel the morning of our stay and they told us we would have to come back at 3pm because they had over booked. Completely unacceptable for a hotel that left a lot to be desired. Stay somewhere else the employees said things like this happen all the time and that no one cares anymore. Stay somewhere else.

Bed was to soft and the carpet needs to be change. The people are nice but the rooms needs major upgrades for the area

Stayed for 1 day. Needs more cleaning & maintance Breakfast is only a donut and cheap type of hotel coffee. Not continental type. Cleanliness is not satisfactory. Next time I will not stay at this location.

Smelled like disgusting smoke Would not book again! Only a good deal if it is clean and comfortable. Had to wash all of our luggage when we checked out because of the horrid cigarette smell; the cigarette smell its you as soon as you enter the lobby and stays with you until you check out.

Place to stay when moving When my family walked in the hotel the woman on duty was not friendly and the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. This did not make a good first impression. The room was okay but we received no maid service on the second day. The price was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast consists of prepackaged muffins and granola bars. I have to stay another week in town , but we will look for another hotel.

Average at Best Furnishings in our room were worn and showed wear marks, etc. The air conditioner did not function properly. The bed was worn out and uncomfortable. The linens were clean but thin. The bathroom was clean but worn. The room also had a mild musty smell. The gal at the front desk was very nice however. We won't be back to this hotel in the future.

Bad to Worse I read previous reviews that stated this hotel has a fully equiped kitchen. Have these people ever cooked in an actual kitchen before? There was one dirty pot and one dirty pan, some plates, cups and silverware. No bowls to mix with. No mixing spoons. It was bare minimals. We ended up eating out all of our meals becasue we both doubted the complete sanitation (especially since there is a sign that clearly stated that the dishes did not meet sanitation requirement for food service industry) of the kitchen as well... read more

Studio sweat The rooms and hallways smelled damp & musty. There was no phone in my room. There was mold forming in the bathroom. It had a very cheap feel. Had I not prepaid, would have changed hotels. Housekeeping did not clean my room, make my bed or change my towels.
