The second floor stunk I think yall need to do something about the mold smell on second floor and the room stunk also someone could get sick from the mold smell

Meh. Very low-end for an extended stay type of place. No kitchen supplies at all - not even a fork. I didn't ask if they were available at the front desk, but other places usually supply them automatically. Bed was not very comfortable and carpets were very dirty. Wear your socks!

Disappointed I've stayed at Extended Stay America in other locations and I thought these stays were ok. If you pay half the price of a regular hotel room, you can't expect any more than half of their standard. This time was unfortunately a huge disappointment. The room itself was clean and I can't complain about the service, but I must have gotten one of the worst rooms in the whole hotel. Smokey Horrible. I really didn't think it would be bad and I was wrong. When I made the reservations I specifically requested a non-smoking room after reading in the write up there were smoking rooms. That should have been a clue to book with another hotel. Upon entering the lobby it wreaked of smoke smell as did the hallway and elevator. We get to the floor where our room was located and no smell. Ok that was good. Not recommended Worst internet I ever ran into. Suite but had to ask for coffee maker. No cups, dishes... Will never go there again

Not recommended Far From UCF and difficult to get to. The stench of cigarettes is overwhelming. The lobby, hallway, everywhere. Old, outdated, mildewy room. The bed was really uncomfortable and the air conditiining and surrounding area was loud.The breakfast was stale coffee, unripe fruit, and granola bars. I'll never stay there again

very poor experience they did not bring any of the kitchen supplies when I asked, there was no coffee maker, no silverware or anything. No one came to clean the room even one time, I had to leave my trash in the hallway.The Internet was so slow it was unusable, so I connected to a hotel next-door. They were very unhelpful, and indifferent to my concerns.
