Smoking room and no refund We use this hotel all the time for our company when people come into town. I arrived and they had me booked in a smoking room. I have severe asthma and ended up at the clinic and did not stay there. I let them know I could not be in a smoking room and all they could say is that they were booked up and I was basically lucky to have a room with them And that it was because I booked with hotels.com that I was put in a smoking room. They said that happens sometimes when booking online. They did not off... read more

Stay Somewhere Else We booked our reservation over the phone with Hotels.com looking for a pet friendly hotel, Hotels.com quoted us $90.00 for a night, so we booked the room. Once we arrived at 10:30 P.M. with our two kids and dog, we were met by the hotel attendant, Brook, who was absolutely the rudest hotel representative. In addition to charging us an additional $56.00, she was so disrespectful, to my wife, we will not stay at Extended Stay America again. Later when we asked for a receipt, the front desk refused to provid... read more

horrible experience They gave away our room to someone else. If the person they gave it to hadn't latched the door from the inside we would have walked in on him while he was sleeping which could have been dangerous. We booked three nights but they made us pay for the second night again or they wouldn't have let us stay there. Then we had to get a refund for the second night the next day and they said the error was fixed but then we had the same problem on the third night and has to pay for that a second time and then get an... read more

Old facility. Very basic. More like a dorm room. Very basic. Rooms and hotel smelled of disinfectant. Rooms had cold, poor lighting. No maid service. Small pool. Room is large. Nice to have a kitchen.

Housekeeping was RUDE!!! The guy who checked us in was a jerk and the housekeeper started knocking on our door at 9:45 am and had her ear to our door every 15 mins after that!! The room was really big, the beds were comfy but the room was STINKY!!!

Too noisy for sleep due to nocturnal housekeeping We recently stayed two nights while moving our daughter to Tallahassee for grad school. We were awakened several times both nights by intermittent, loud noises of carts rolling by, trash being emptied, elevator noises, and most disturbing, vacuum cleaning of tiled floors in the halls right outside the guest rooms at 4 AM. When we checked out I spoke to the office about this and was told that it is indeed the hotel's housekeeping policy for the night staff to perform these fun... read more

Better for short stays Booked two rooms for a short overnight on New Years Eve. Wanted a safe place for friends to catch a cab to and sleep it off. The double deluxe was really spacious and way cleaner than the deluxe queen. The place it self is really nothing special but the staff are really helpful and give excellent service. There aren't many amenities so I couldn't see staying in this place for more than a night or two.
