Oh my. Forgetting the fiasco that ensued after we were given a smoking room instead of non-smoking and just focusing on the room... When we walked in, we were greeted by 3 pillows on the bed, one of which had brown stains on it that were still wet. I don't know what they were, and I don't want to think about it. There were similar stains in the bathroom. We immediately walked out and found a room elsewhere.

I have stayed at other hotels in this chain before and they were fine, I will not stay at this location again.

Couple asleep in the bed When I checked in, I got my room key and went up to my room. I opened the door and walked in. There was a couple already asleep in the bed. I turned around and went back to the desk. They gave me another room and said they would not charge me for the night. A week later I checked my credit card online and no refund has been issued. So I called the hotel and told them my issue. A girl interrupted me quite rudely after 30 seconds and said, "I'm not a manager. You'll have to call back on Monday."

booked to smoking room was booked to a smoking room and was not given a refund. I am severely asthmatic.

For the amount you pay is ok I was out most of the time but some facilities were not up to date, like I said before for the amount you pay is ok
