Clean and roomy We had late arrival. Key was in lock box in entry. Not enough towels for number of people on reservation. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was grab and go, breakfast bars and muffins, coffee and hot cocoa. Overall, it was clean and in decent shape. It had an outdoor pool but we did not have time to try it out. There was a STRONG lingering smell of cigarette smoke by the elevator that was annoying. It never seemed to go away night or day.

a Convenient Hotel The hotel was perfect for our purpose. Full kitchens, including a dishwasher. There was a poolside grill available for our use. The pool was small but clean. The only thing anyone had issue with was the service. When we checked in we had a very nice, happy to help kind of lady. I believe her name was Tamara. I wish she didn't leave. Her replacement was the opposite, I think her name was Michelle, She made me feel like anything I asked for was an annoyance. Overall the hotel is a great deal for what you get... read more

Nice joint This is my second stay at an Extended Stay hotel. Both have been in Tallahassee. Check-in was quick, painless and uneventful. Checkout, the same way. Room was clean and comfortable. For a one night stay it's an excellent deal. Considering the price, this could easily be a 4 star facility. Would stay again.

great value I always stay here on business trips to Tallahassee, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, not the Hilton, but it costs half as much.

Home away from home! I was very please and impressed with the property and the staff. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. I even decided to extend me stay at the hotel

Unique location Extended stay America was very comfortable and easy access to I-10. Also, the reception provided enough information about all the thing that you possibly think about such as Shopping Malls, Take-out delivery or even your room card had access to Gym with all types of equipments. Me and my parents were fully satisfied with everything that they provided.
