Near event we came to tallahasse to attend fine, no problems. room a little spartan but adequate. full kitchen geared to the fact that it is a residence hotel is nice. price was right

I will be back. I was down there for my FAMU homecoming & I really loved how big my room was. It did have a smoky smell but I bought some spray from home & it was okay. The room was very clean, VERY CLEAN! It met me & my brother's needs. I will be returning next year.

Nice Was very clean, quiet and comfortable . The room is big, like a studio apartment. The kitchen is full sized everything.

Room and hotel were much more than expected for the rate. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Kitchen is clean and furnished with apartment size appliances, not a toaster oven and mini fridge. The sofa bed mattress was too thin to support an adult. Overall, it is not the Four Seasons, but a good, clean, comfortable hotel and well worth the price. We would defiitely use again.

Good Value but... Great value compared to other hotels for FSU game weekend. Our room was second floor at the end of the hallway and was quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean, which was most important to us. However the carpet could have used a shampoo and the top of the fridge needed cleaning. The coffee cups had residue on them, so I just boiled water to clean them. Tamara at the front desk was extremely helpful and outgoing.
