The price was right Considering the price I paid for my 1-night stay here (I was just passing through), this place isn't bad. Positives: 1.) Easy access to the Interstate-10 Exit/Entrance 2.) Quite a few choices for restaurants around the area 3.) There's a hairdryer in the room (in contrast, neither of the two Extended Stay America hotels where I stayed in the Seattle area had a hairdryer) 4.) There's ample space in your hotel suite. 5.) ok until.... The entire experience was going great until we saw a roach in our room the last day....great service, location, room awesome but the roach guaranteed I can't stay there again!!
Good value for cost A good sized room, free internet access, adequate kitchen area. As clean as home, and didn't notice any bugs (for Florida, that's pretty good).

Great Value Nice room with full kitchen
5miles from FSU and walking distance to restaurant Smaller Hotel and older building, but renovated. For the price this is the place to stay, no bells or whistles, but clean and quite. Will stay again!!!
Very Good Location Location was great! Close to shopping, eating and right off the highway. Our room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. When I checked in it was with the Manager and she was helpful in helping direct us to the areas we needed to go. I had a kitchen light that needed fixed and it was fixed within 1/2 hour.
