5miles from FSU and walking distance to restaurant Smaller Hotel and older building, but renovated. For the price this is the place to stay, no bells or whistles, but clean and quite. Will stay again!!!

Very Good Location Location was great! Close to shopping, eating and right off the highway. Our room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. When I checked in it was with the Manager and she was helpful in helping direct us to the areas we needed to go. I had a kitchen light that needed fixed and it was fixed within 1/2 hour. Check out was ok. There was a different lady and she was not hateful but just not as pleasant. Short on answers and didn't look up at you much when talking. Comfortable and clean This was a great value for the money and a great choice for a stop-over in Tallahassee since it has easy freeway (I-10) access. The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen, flat screen TV and free internet. Nicely laid out with plenty of room. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.
