Dated but CLEAN and AFFORDABLE It's not the fanciest hotel on the block, but it's a third of the price to the two other extended stays that flank it. It was clean, what else could you want when you're trying to save a buck. Bring an extra pillow, the ones they have are a little too soft. Rooms aren't soundproof. Just hope your neighbors are mindful. Mine weren't but that's not the hotels fault. I'll stay here again.

Short Stay @ Studio Plus It was fine. Staff was nice. Everything worked in my room and there were no pest. Just be aware that room cleanings are not daily. They are upon request for a fee if you are staying short term (a few days).

Cleaning/Maintenance service The hotel's location was excellent for my needs. In regard to hotel service; there was none. It gave me the impression that I had to do it myself.

Tallahassee Visit Here are my issues: 1. Practically zero water pressure. I could not get shampoo out of my hair without a cup, and the toilet is difficult to get to flush. 2. Dirty socks in room from previous guest. 3, Something that looks like spaghetti sauce splattered all down the side of the fridge. 4. Non-Smoking room reeked of smoke. Don't know if this was a previous guest or smoke leeching through their system from smoking rooms. The smell was especially strong in the bathroom. YUK 5. Weekend Bargain At very competitive rates compared with other hotels inn the area, it offered a clean room, comfortable bed, virtually no noise, and proximity to everything we needed. I will check on this hotel first when I stay in Tallahassee again.
