clean and fresh, reasonable price This was the second time I have stayed there. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Close to where I needed to be. Adequate parking. Easy to find.

This is a great place if you have kids and in our case a lot of family and friends near by that were in and out constantly.Couple of things that i did not like, having no one to come for basic room cleaning/services daily or at least every couple of days. You have to walk downstairs for new towels daily and tissue etc. Also, the Gym is not close, so if you have kids driving down the street for a workout is not feasible. No Frills for the thrifty Friendly people and the rooms was clean. This is a place to stay when on a budget.

Manager? I've been back and forth to Tallahassee a lot lately and stay here because it's close, big comfy rooms and I have a little kitchen. We are trying out a new location thoughbecauae after 5 plus stays the manager is so snotty. She asks everytime about smoking, we don't smoke in our house, why would we smoke in your hotel, also she actually asked "back AGAIN?" in such a tone that we decided we wouldn't be next time. Almost Perfect The hotel was ordered the last minute and I decided to try it because of the design of the room. I like rooms that have more than just a room with only a bed. I was surprised to find a clean hotel whith nice room that included a living room and kitchenette. It was well worth the money and I feel that it was a good deal. Good for the price Pros - very large room, full kitchen (thought we didn't need it because we only stayed one night), the front office staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Cons - the lobby and hallways reeked of cigarette smoke (thankfully our non-smoking room did not), all of the furniture, carpet, decor did not look to have been changed since 1989. Great location + amenities for the price This was my first time staying at a StudioPlus hotel and I was very impressed! You get alot for the price...great location, amenities and overall it was functional for me! Staff were friendly and very helpful too. The only thing that went wrong and is minor was that I found two ants crawling around on the living room table...then again it is Florida. My stay with StudioPlus - Killearn was definitely a bang for my buck!
