Good for the price Pros - very large room, full kitchen (thought we didn't need it because we only stayed one night), the front office staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Cons - the lobby and hallways reeked of cigarette smoke (thankfully our non-smoking room did not), all of the furniture, carpet, decor did not look to have been changed since 1989. Great location + amenities for the price This was my first time staying at a StudioPlus hotel and I was very impressed! You get alot for the price...great location, amenities and overall it was functional for me! Staff were friendly and very helpful too. The only thing that went wrong and is minor was that I found two ants crawling around on the living room table...then again it is Florida. My stay with StudioPlus - Killearn was definitely a bang for my buck!

Better than we thought! We were shocked at the size of our room. We had stayed in other hotels for the same cost and this hotel is like your own studio apartment. It's clean, the staff is so nice and very helpful, extra coffee and towels were offered before we asked. The size of the room cuts back on the noise you usually hear from other close by rooms so it's a quiet stay from within your room (well except for the construction that happened nearby at 9:00 the next morning....but not the hotel's fault!). Simple yet comfortable. This hotel is simple and inexpensive. I had a quiet stay and enjoyed my time. I was on a business trip and out of the hotel most of the time. The room was a bit worn but right for the price. I would recommend it to a friend, who is looking for a place to sleep and not luxury.

Great room! Nice room with seperate bedroom. Full kitchen has an oven, and a dishwasher! Staff is friendly, and location is great. Room was slightly more expensive when not booked on travel website. I found my new home away from home in Tallahassee!

Nice place and a bargain. What a pleasant surprise. Though an "extended stay" hotel, we booked for just one night. A huge room, comfortable bed and close to restaurants. A bargain. The decor is a bit dated, but the room was clean and quiet. I could do without the low quality fluorescent bulbs in the fixtures. They took time to come on and made everything dull.

Stinky Hotel staff was extremely accommodating, but building and room smelled like mildew........ Location was fine, but probably won't stay there again.
