One good week, one bad week I have spent the last two weeks at this hotel and had no problems the first week (on the third floor). The second week was bad. I was located across from the elevator, so I got to hear the "ding, ding" all night. The other thing was there was alot of noise, from other hotel guests that kept on letting their doors slam. It doesn't matter where you are at on that floor, you can always hear anyone's door slam. Kind of difficult to sleep at 11:30pm with all this going on.

very plesantly surprised I was very plesantly surprised in how well equipped the room was. Equipped kitchen equals pots, pans, utensils and just about everything you have in a kitchen.. in fact all I had to buy was dish soap for washing the dishes. And the most comfortable bed I had been on in a hotel. Quiet AC which was a blessing in the heat of Florida.

Awesome deal : clean and spacious We travelled to Tallahassee for a two (2) night stay and we chose this hotel based on other tripadvisor reviews. This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, spacious with a full kitchenette, full fridge, counters with bar stools, microwave, oven, dishwasher and cable TV with a few SHOtime channels. The front desk clerk at checkin was very sweet and helpful and the location was perfect. Great overnight stay We had a lot of food with us and this place was perfect for the price. We had a full kitchen. Check in and check out was great. The staff was very helpful locating a place to eat and gave us directions to go downtown to see the old capital. Has a great book in the lobby to tell you what to see. I like the interior entry. It feels safer. This is in a nice area and we felt very safe and it was very quiet. It just did not have a great mattress. StudioPlus Tally A great place for extended stays. No/few frills, but generously sized rooms. Room is serviced once a week instead of daily, but that's just fine by me. Friendly staff. Equipment in the 'fitness center' (two exercise bikes and a stair climber) are old and sometimes non-functional.

Extremely Nice!!!! I was attending my daughter's graudation from FSU and booked two suites for additional family members. We were extremely impressed with the size of the suites and how clean the entire facility was. The staff was awesome ([...] and [...]), very friendly and made us feel like royalty. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.
