Everything was clean & the staff was great. We were close to some very nice restaurants and other places that were right in the area.

Check in was rough Stay was fine, uneventful , room was clean, price was reasonable for Airport proximity. Check in was tough. One person on the desk helping a guest with endless emails to be printed. Seems like something that should have been done in between people checking in as it’s an extra service. People have appointments to keep, and checking in shouldn’t take 25 minutes as it did.

The price certainly was right, so you put up with the occasional carpet stain in the hallway & the lightbulb that needs replacing. It was less than 10 minutes to the airport, had a continental (grab and go) breakfast, and staff was helpful.

The most unpleasant part, the Only part is this feels like an apartment building with residents. Kind of like a halfway house. Ppl live there and depleted all hotel amenities for actual hotel guests. Very loud and smelly, like a low income project building. I didn’t feel safe in my room either. Area was fine and 3 mins to airport. Expedia needs to remove this and hotel should be 100% halfway house. Ppl were dealing drugs and smoking it by the side back door near stairwells.
