Le personnel d’accueil est bien, la chambre propre, vieille mais correcte. Par contre oubliez le ´petit déjeuner inclus’: il y a deux thermos de café, 1 d’eau chaude, quelques mini muffins industriels et quelqes paquets de gruau quacker sur lesquels il faut mettre de l’eau bouillante… mais pas de bol, pas de cuillère… Dans les chambres vous avez une cuisinette avec frigo micro onde et lave vaisselle (hé oui!) mais absolument aucune vaisselle, couverts, casserole ou quoi que ce soit. Même pas un linge à vaisselle.

Starting with the receptionist, she wasn’t very customer friendly. I was traveling with family, including a baby, and we kindly asked to leave our luggage prior to check in and only 2 luggage were allowed. We reserved for 2 adults and 1 child and were given a room with a full size bed for 3 person. The elevator always smelled either cigarette or ganja smell. Honestly, to be my first time I didn’t quite get a great experience. Also, on the shower we found a cockroach.

Need to work in cleaning and sofa couldn’t be used because it was terrible, dirty and not in good condition.

Bathroom not clean. Cleaned tub. There was hair in tub.(A lot) Hallway had a trash smell, dark and gloomy rug look dirty. Someone walked hard above floor for 2 hours early morning. Not a good place for stay.

Arrived at 2:45am for a prepaid room only to be told that we had to wait 30 to 35 minutes while the night time audit was being conducted. It was suggested that we go to our car and wait.. we ended up driving back to Sarasota. I know this was not refundable, but it should be. Ridiculous
