customer service was excalent but i request handicap did not recieve. Could not take a shower and the walk to the room was long and painful. The TV in the bedroom did not work and we are both tv eatchers at night. Made the beginning of the trip awful.

There was what I’m assuming a blood stain on the mattress cover under the fitted sheet. The breakfast was sub par, at best with only coffee, muffins and nutrigrain bars only. No milk for the coffee just a crusty pump bottle of coffee-mate looked like it was there for 6 months. Everything is an up charge, the dishes in the suite, WIFi and phone calls. Roaches in multliple rooms, bathrooms disgusting, front desk person was very rude and didnt seem concerned about bugs

Bad smell, terrible bathroom condition I wasn’t expecting perfection but at least good condition but bathroom was horrible. Literally want to spend my night and leave. The “breakfast” is a joke.

Crappy hotel never go here please - highly dirty The most crappiest hotel and your rooms suck. You took $100 for a crappy dirty broken room and bathroom was full of roaches and rust. Horrible is nicer word than this room we got. Luckily we stayed for four hours and not more. We could not even enter the bloody tub to shower. Maybe you guys should go and stay there only then you will know.

Maybe don’t.. :/ Breakfast was a joke the coffee bar not only didn’t have any cups but did not have milk. The breakfast included 1 muffin per person.
