Staff was nice but the carpets through out was dirty and seating in the lobby was dirty. The grab and go breakfast was muffins. No drink included. You have to buy a 3.00 water from the machine. Also, had roaches in our suite room.
Says renovated in January… the carpets in the hall way were torn up. I know it’s an extended stay but it sure seemed like most of the people there lived there long term. No amenities in the room. No plates, silverware, etc. Our room smelled terrible- like curry had been cooked in there every day for months. The smell was permanent in the room.
Honestly it may have been the single worst hotel experience I have ever had. Rusted shower head, no outlets by the bed, close proximity to multiple strip clubs. Genuinely awful
This place is old. Needs renovations urgently. Beds are awful and the bed sheets should be updated ASAP. Staff seem to be tired all the time. They say they offer breakfast but it is just snack bars and coffee.
These guys suck The front desk people were absolutely rude and clueless. I got locked out at the pool area in 100 degrees and they wouldn't come let me back in building. P.S get umbrellas by the pool, its like being on the freaking sun
Hot mess express The hotel room i was originally given was disgusting. When they tried to give me bother room the two other rooms were also uncleaned. Had to book another hotel altogether because I was not staying there. First room gave “some shady stuff went in on here” only saving grace was the front desk guy who was very understanding
It’s outdated, dirty, smelly. Breakfast is NOT breakfast. It’s some Walmart snack specials. Coffey was cold. Too much to even write. Nothing was positive.

We booked this hotel due to it having two full beds and a sleeper sofa. We had 5 adults and 1 child to accommodate. The check in receptionist was extremely rude and seemed bothered that we were checking in. She stated several times that she had been playing “musical chairs” with rooms because they had several rooms that couldn’t be booked because they hadn’t been cleaned.
