The staff at this Extended Stay were courteous and professional throughout our visit, and I appreciate their respectful attitude. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The toiletries provided were very basic, and the “continental breakfast” advertised was misleading. No breakfast just coffee that had alot of grounds in it. Staff was great at out 1230am check in. Room was not that nice. Kinda dated and dirty.

The check in was delayed due to a night audit. The room was dirty bed wasn’t made towels were dirty and crumbs on other bed. Switch me to different room was a little better but still bad.

The parking was good and the breakfast was not. Who wants to eat premade muffins or a breakfast bar.? Not me. I have stayed at alot of hotels that has actual food.

Hotel wasn’t the cleanest, stains on bed, roaches, has full kitchen but absolutely no dishes or utensils, or even cups, needles in the pool. Staff was nice for the most part at least speaking towards the gentleman that works night shift

the room was disgusting with cockroaches. bedding was not washed, and bad smell everywhere

First room I checked into still had dirty towels laying in the bathroom and realized it was not cleaned yet. I was given another room that was dirty. Floor was filthy, couch had something sticky dried all over it, bathroom sink faucet was dirty. No hair drier. The hotel was quiet. That was the one thing I liked about the hotel.

The room was clean, the staff was nice and I felt generally safe...... however: My room had no hot water during my stay and i took two very cold showers. Less important but the outlet near the bathroom sink was scorched and non-functional so I could not stand in front of the mirror to use my hair appliance. Most hotels provide hair conditioner and hair dryers so I didn't bring my own and that was a problem. The coffee terrible.
