Elevator not working The elevator does not work at all. Had to use steps and the bathroom was half clean Had to clean it myself .

Room had a weird smell I'm assuming it was the AC but other than that everything else was great
Poor customer service. The so called “queen beds” in the two rooms I booked were not queen! I asked to change rooms and had to go through Hotel.Com that was not answering and left me on hold a long time! ( I had to call 3 times). I offered to pay more, but still hit a brick wall. Eventually I was given a room with two beds instead, paying for the difference but wasted a lot of time! A little bit of understanding and flexibility would not hurt!
