The TV remote did not work. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The front desk staff is not helpful with hotel issues. Everything else was great.

In a bind Extended Stay helped my wife and I out when we in a tough situation. only wish is that the check in was before 3 pm but I understand that is the industry standard
The chair in the room was all scratched up. The fridge was rusted on the outside. the room was aesthetically unappealing to say the least.
