Front desk ladies were kind and helpful!
This is an older property that Extended Stay Suites is now in, and it needs a lot of updating. While management is very attendant to guests and their comments, Extended Stay needs to do a complete remodel of this property if they want to continue to serve repeat guests.
The front desk employees were professional and polite.
