The property smelled a lot like smoke, everywhere, all the time despite the numerous “No Smoking” signs. It’s obvious that this is more of a place where people live indefinitely than an extended stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my parents who stayed in another room with a broken fridge and door. They did move them immediately. They also fixed our door as soon as we presented the problem with the keys.

The TV remote did not work. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The front desk staff is not helpful with hotel issues. Everything else was great.

The chair in the room was all scratched up. The fridge was rusted on the outside. the room was aesthetically unappealing to say the least.
