Bed sheets dirty, buildings smell

When I paid it said breakfast included - it was not. Late check in worked out, though i felt like i was bothering the employee to come and check me in. The room was pretty beat up from previous pets and guests..but fairly clean and didn't smell bad like the other reviews stated. Not bad, just seemed like an over priced room for what i got.

There are a few things that could have been better but overall..it was a pleasant stay compare to what it could have had been if we didn’t find a place to stay because of what happened.

The staff was very accomodating and patient, as well as attentive. The cleanliness and customer service of this location is stellar!! Will definitely come back to stay here.

I was double charged, I prepaid for the hotel and then paid again at the hotel because I forgot I had already paid. Communication between systems is the only flaw I see other than that everything was good I went to the receptionist to tell her what’s going on and she refunded with no issue!
Another hotel where Air Conditioner didn’t make the room cold. Electric outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Wooden floor extremely dirty, soles of my feet were black and dirty, couldn’t believe the amount of dirt that came off my feet in the shower. Blinds didn’t really keep light out of room
