I was double charged, I prepaid for the hotel and then paid again at the hotel because I forgot I had already paid. Communication between systems is the only flaw I see other than that everything was good I went to the receptionist to tell her what’s going on and she refunded with no issue!
My stay It was nice. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. The interior carpets could use some cleaning and there was trash outside near the door. A little better upkeep is needed but it was nice overall

Clean room and restaurants close by
The walls by the elevator look bad and also the shower by the drain and the floors needs better cleaning

My experience was good. It was just for a one night stay and I have no complaints. It could’ve been Cleaner. That would be the only thing I could say.
