Clean and roomy I stayed a number of times at this hotel at the beginning of the last year. This year, I stayed for the first time. Changes: become cleaner. Utensils, plates, and cooking pots are disappear (not big deal for me though.

Clean, comfortable, good value The staff was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, good value, close to shops and restaurants.
Pleasantly surprised It was a lot nicer than I expected. The room was cute and comfortable. We loved the little kitchen area. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. I would definitely go back here.

University of Toledo visit We arrived to very friendly and helpful people at the check-in desk. The elevator and hallway smelled like smoke. Our rooms were not clean.

Nice hotel for the price! Hotel was nicer than I expected. Rooms were large and clean. Great value for the price. Would stay again.
Check-in took awhile. It seems their computer system is very slow but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Happy with my stay, 100% Hotel was nice. People have complained about the smoking smell but it was not that bad. My room was real clean. My only complaint would be the pillows, they were flat. This place wasn't the Ritz but if your on a quick getaway it's perfect. It was also really quiet.

not to bad Was not bad but apparently a miss communication between hotel and hotels.com could not change to one day earlier to a Thursday instead of Friday check in
